First, one of the owners came and reviewed the house with me. Then she sent me a very detailed estimate via email, it was promptly delivered. We then arranged a time to have the deep cleaning service performed. Five industrious women came and expertly cleaned my entire home in a couple of hours. My home looks and smells great. per cleaning service. It had a team of 4 working half-day to do a "deep cleaning" of my four bedroom colonial which has not had professional service before. They work off of a specific proposal and have that list with them while they work. The firm will now provide on-going cleaning service every two weeks with a team of two, one whom is the co-owner. The work was great... no complaints or concerns. One concern was with whether our dog would be a problem, but this firm is very comfortable working around pets, and has special approaches to handling pet hair.
The experience with the firm has been great, with no hitch, or delay or question about thoroughness. Not having had cleaning services in my home in the past, I had some concerns, but these were quickly allayed. I am very pleased with the results, particularly with how well very old grime on kitchen cabinets was removed, and dust on the top of furniture was attended to.
